The DMC Ltd Team plans and organises specific Projects to enable completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints agreed with the Client.
Our Project Management & Planning includes:
- Understanding the Clients business processes
- Defining the Project Goals and/or Objectives
- Chairing Project Design Coordination Meetings
- Specifying Tasks and how they will be achieved
- Identifying required Resources
- Costs and Budget Estimates
- Production of Gantt Charts including Critical Path Timelines to achieve specified Completion Date.
- Managing all Consultants involved in the Project to ensure outcomes meet Client Brief
- Coordinating Site Construction Contracts
- Construction Cost Controls
- Progress Reports
- Collation of Warranties & Guarantees
- Completion & Maintenance Inspections
