  • Understanding the Clients business processes
  • Defining the Project Goals and/or Objectives
  • Chairing Project Design Coordination Meetings
  • Specifying Tasks and how they will be achieved
  • Identifying required Resources
  • Costs and Budget Estimates
  • Production of Gantt Charts including Critical Path Timelines to achieve specified Completion Date.
  • Managing all Consultants involved in the Project to ensure outcomes meet Client Brief
  • Coordinating Site Construction Contracts
  • Construction Cost Controls
  • Progress Reports
  • Collation of Warranties & Guarantees
  • Completion & Maintenance Inspections
