Join a well-established multi-disciplined and highly motivated design team in our Hamilton office specialising in high quality innovative design solutions for national clients.

As a self-motivated team focused Architectural Designer you will be able to excel using your design and leadership talents within Industrial and Commercial projects throughout New Zealand.

The opportunity:

• Lead the architectural design on new build projects incorporating all facets of design
• Develop a skill set over a wide portfolio of building types
• Lead, grow and support team members to excel in Architecture throughout New Zealand.
• Develop and maintain project deadlines supporting clients in growing business needs
• Provide input and leadership to project teams and the wider office to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard
• Have a high level of proficiency in Revit and presentation software

You will

• Have 5+ years NZ industrial and commercial architectural design experience
• Have a high level of proficiency in Revit software
• Be highly creative and self-motivated
• Be able to demonstrate a thorough technical understanding of the New Zealand Building Code
• Be a team player within a small multi-disciplinary design office
• Be a good communicator
• Want to develop new skills that compliment your design career and growth into a Leadership role
