DMC was engaged to provide the full range of consulting services for design and project management of the 10 Stage Development.

This consists of the following areas: road works, nature reserve Development, wastewater and storm water management, public tracks & walkways, geotechnical engineering, residential subdivisions planning, zoning applications, and retaining walls for each section with various elevations.
